SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

1. Unless you cancel within 24 hours before the end of the free trial, you will be automatically charged the price indicated on the payment screen and/or the pop-up payment screen for the chosen subscription period and/or offered in the application.

2. Payment will be charged to your iTunes and/or Google play account and/or any store where the application is made available for purchase.

3. The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each period (every week, month, 6 months, year or other) until you cancel. The subscription offered on an unlimited, lifetime basis is a one-time, final, non-refundable purchase, but can be cancelled at any time.

4. You can cancel the subscription (with the exception of an unlimited validity) at any time by deactivating the automatic renewal in your account settings.

5. To avoid charges, cancel the subscription in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the evaluation or the current subscription period.

6. You alone can manage your subscription. Learn more about how to manage subscriptions (and how to cancel them) on your device`s online store page.

7. All prices displayed include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise specified by the respective platform. YOUTUNEIN does not control or assume responsibility for any additional charges, currency conversions, banking fees, or government-imposed taxes that may be applied by third-party platforms, financial institutions, or local jurisdictions.

8. Due to the subscription and payment management systems of Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and any equivalent platforms, YOUTUNEIN does not have direct access to your payment information, billing cycles, or cancellation processes. All subscription modifications, cancellations, or refund requests must be managed directly through the platform on which you made your original purchase, and are governed solely by that platform’s respective policies.

9. YOUTUNEIN does not issue refunds directly under any circumstances. All requests for refunds are handled exclusively through the platform where the purchase was made, subject to the terms, eligibility, and discretion of that platform.

10. Lifetime subscriptions, where offered, constitute a one-time, final, non-refundable, and non-transferable purchase. No partial or full refunds will be issued for lifetime subscriptions, including in cases of account termination, deactivation, or non-use, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

11. Failure to use the Application or access its services does not constitute grounds for any refund or credit. It is the user’s sole responsibility to manage, monitor, and cancel subscriptions according to platform procedures if they no longer wish to continue the service.

12. Any fraudulent activity or suspected abuse, including but not limited to multiple unauthorized chargebacks, manipulation of payment methods, or repeated exploitation of free trial periods, may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Application in accordance with these Terms of Use. Such actions do not affect your right to pursue any refund or dispute directly with the applicable platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store), which remains subject solely to their respective policies and decisions.
